PLAN A DREAM VACATION WITH SAVINGS FROM SOLAR
ESKOM'S LOAD SHEDDING HAS MOVED TO DEBT SHEDDING - ON YOU THE CONSUMER
Households may soon have to control the rising cost of power in South Africa by implementing their own load shedding in order to pay off Eskom's debt. Eskom, which was given an R250 billion government bailout, insisted that the hike was necessary to prevent them from going back to the authorities for more assistance. Despite the planned consumer rate increases, Eskom would still be billions in debt. Inflation (CPI) was 129% between 2007 and 2022, but Eskom rates rose 653% during the same time. As a result, during the course of 14 years, electricity rates quadrupled for the consumer.

HERE ARE SOME FACTS ABOUT THE IMPACT OF A 'LOWER THAN PREDICTED' INCREASE BY ESKOM ON YOU, THE HOME OR BUSINESS OWNER.

As a result of the prolonged period of load shedding in recent years, the demand for solar equipment and installation has increased significantly. This surge in demand has led to a notable decrease in the cost of solar technology, making it more accessible for households and businesses alike.
Considering the anticipated rise in electricity prices in the coming years, investing in solar energy now presents a compelling opportunity to mitigate the impact of these future price hikes on your household or business. By making a relatively modest investment today, you can potentially save a substantial amount of money in the years to come and insulate yourself from the impact of escalating electricity costs in the future.(see graph above).

WHAT OUR CLIENTS SAY
Helen from Kirstenhof
"I am writing to wholeheartedly recommend Ralph from Invertors Cape Town as supplying an outstanding service and product. Ralph's extensive knowledge and expertise was evident and made the transition moving from Eskom based power supply to solar breeze. He recommended a system that was specifically tailored to meet our needs, and it has not disappointed. We have already been enjoying the benefit of greatly reduced electricity bills, in fact in the summer months OUR Eskom usage was virtually nil.
His transparency in pricing and ability to explain the different options made us feel confident in our investment, along with his commitment to safety protocols, council requirements and regulations were also commendable, and he was well informed
Since our installation over a year ago now, Ralph has continued to offer prompt after sale service addressing any questions or concerns.
If you are considering switching to solar power I would highly recommend Ralph and his team. His reliability and genuine care for his customers make him and his team the perfect choice."

"Ralph, Rodney and his team installed a solar inverter for us and I cannot thank them enough for the job done. The installation was seamless and that is just part of their service.
Their attention to detail and continuous service delivery is quite remarkable. Messages, emails and calls are answered and acted upon very quickly and efficiently. Providing our home with the most efficient cost reducing package by altering the 3 power supplies (grid, solar, battery) available was done without it being requested. The paperwork required by Council is handled quickly and responsibly.
I cannot thank them enough for a job well done and would (and have) recommended them to others without reservation
Thanks so much, guys."

"In June 2023 I approached Ralph from Invertors CAPETOWN for a quotation for the installation of a solar system at my property.

After receiving the quote and comparing it to other companies I immediately accepted Invertors CAPETOWN quotation due to the price and the personal visit by Ralph on all our requirements down to the smallest detail.
I had a hybrid bi-dir Deye Solar inverter 5kva/48v, leoch solar 5kw battery and eight JA solar panels installed at my property.

The installation was absolutely seamless with no issues. The installation was completed in one day which was absolutely amazing.

I will highly recommend Ralph and his team for their professional service and attention to detail, more importantly the after sales service in monitoring the solar system is above approach."

"We recently had a home solar installation done by Inverters Cape Town and we couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the process was smooth and efficient. The team from Inverters Cape Town was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They took the time to explain the benefits of solar energy and how the installation process would work. They also helped me choose the right solar panels for my home based on my electricity needs.
The installation itself was quick and hassle-free. The crew worked diligently to set up the solar panels on my roof, and they made sure everything was done properly. The quality of their work was top-notch. Since the installation, I have seen a significant decrease in my electricity bills.
Overall, I highly recommend Inverters Cape Town for anyone looking to make the switch to solar energy. Their professionalism, expertise, and quality of work exceeded my expectations, and I am thrilled with the outcome of my home solar installation."
HOW IT WORKS?

These diagrams show how electricity from the power grid (Eskom) or power from solar panels, are converted from AC to DC power by the inverter and then stored in batteries for later use.
When the power goes out, the inverter converts the stored DC power from the batteries back to AC power for use in the house or at your business.

When using solar power to charge the batteries, you can 'pass' some excess energy back into the Eskom grid and receive credits for them.
